Can I have personal training with you without any hypnosis?
Yes, absolutely! The majority of my personal training clients don’t require any hypnosis.
What’s more important for most of them is my focus on their mental approach to exercise, fitness or weight-management. My unique, integrated system helps people to effectively engage in and maintain a health and fitness programme. It draws on the latest research evidence to make sure that you stay motivated and achieve sustainable, long-term results.

Do you offer martial arts training?
Yes, I do. I offer training in a number of disciplines, including boxing, kickboxing, Jeet Kune Do (JKD), and Filipino martial arts (Kali), and I can train individuals, pairs or small groups.
