I’m delighted to be working with the Arc Centre, Islington to run ‘De-stress and re-focus’ every Friday evening. It’s a guided, group relaxation session, and offers you the opportunity to relax and de-stress ahead of the weekend.
You’ll learn how to use a range of relaxation techniques to relieve stress and anxiety and reduce physical tension.
We cover different approaches to relaxation (including breathing, mindfulness, and visualisation-based approaches) so there’s something for everyone. It’s the ideal way to leave behind the stresses of the week.
