We all feel tense or stressed at times, and sometimes we just need a bit of help relaxing. I’m a specialist in relaxation training and in training people in a range of deep relaxation methods.
I’ll train you in a range of fast, effective relaxation techniques, including muscle relaxation techniques, breathing relaxation, visual imagery techniques, and mindfulness-based approaches. These techniques are great for stress reduction, for relaxing your body and mind, and for helping you feel calmer and more focused.
Relaxation training can usually be completed in three or four sessions. By the end of the sessions, you’ll know much more about how to relax effectively, and you’ll have a range of techniques that you can use in different situations, to immediately gain that feeling of calmness and relaxation.
I provide relaxation training to clients from across London and the South East, and home visits are available for London-based clients. I also provide Skype sessions for people who aren’t able to see me face-to-face.
